HOME STAGING

STAGING ASSESSMENT — We begin with a one to two-hour walk-through of your home. A consultation and check-list of Prep Work necessary to prepare your home for sale. The check-list can include painting, cleaning, packing, window washing, floor refinishing, carpets cleaned and/or removal of carpets and most important, de-cluttering the home.

FULL SERVICE — A PROPER PLACE we coordinate all the Prep Work before Staging. We contact the services, oversee all preparations, rent or purchase any furniture if needed, and purchase any accessories that we will need for staging. Then we STAGE the property.

STAGE — A PROPER PLACE contracts to Stage the property. All Prep Work is done by the seller.

ONE-DAY-DECORATING

Want a new look? We can rearrange your furniture to the room’s best advantage.

ASSESSMENT — We begin with a one- to two-hour walk-through of your home. Discussions may include how to arrange your furniture, accessories, placement of artwork, de-clutter, paint color, and window treatments.

ONE DAY — In one day, A PROPER PLACE works to redesign your room. We rearrange furniture and accessories, re-hang artwork and give the room a whole new look.

CLOSET/STORAGE DESIGN

Closet and Storage Design are the backbone of a smooth flowing home.

ASSESSMENT — We begin with a one to two-hour walk-through of your closets. We take an inventory of clothing items OR other closets and measure the space. We give you a proposal to design your closet.

PLAN — We draft your closet and present a measured design. Then we discuss the plan and implement changes. We work with closet manufacturers and cabinet makers to determine a complete price.

IMPLEMENTATION — Oversee closet installation. Organize closet upon completion of installation.

PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZING

ASSESSMENT — We begin with a two-hour walk-through of your home. Identify the goals of each room. Develop an action plan to organize your household items based upon Professional Organizing principles.

ORGANIZING SESSIONS — A two- to four-hour session to organize designated areas. A PROPER PLACE teaches you Professional Organizing principles to maintain order in your home.
